Delivery Information

We will always try to fulfil and deliver orders as soon as possible.

Draught Beer At Home is able to ship orders to anywhere in the mainland UK. However, sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control but we will always aim to keep you updated and get your order to you as quickly as we can.

For all alcoholic orders please ensure you have entered a mobile number correctly and that there is a person 18 or over to collect the items.

We ship all of our products using a range of courier services but most commonly DPD, UPS or Fed Ex.

Cost of shipping during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all mainland UK Postcodes. We regret that we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands.

 

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days (not including weekends) however, unfortunately we are unable to 100% guarantee delivery times. We will do our best to keep you updated with your order and notify you of any significant delays in due course.

 

Has my order been shipped?

We will confirm once we have shipped your order via email and send you the relevant tracking number so you can check the status of your order.

 

I have made a mistake with the delivery address, what should i do?

If you have made a mistake with your order please notify us as soon as possible via our contact form

We will endeavour to make changes however, depending on the time notification has been received we may not be able to change the delivery address on your order if your package has been sent to our courier already.

 

Can someone under the age of 18 accept my delivery?

Draught Beer At Home does not want to sell and/or deliver any items to persons under the age of 18 for any orders containing alcoholic items. In order to make sure that all our products are handed over to an adult (and thus act in accordance with laws and regulations), the delivery person can enquire about the age and ask for identification. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. In that case, please contact us via our contact form

 

I missed my delivery, what happens now?

If there is nobody home or no adult who can accept the products our courier will either take your item(s) back to re-attempt delivery another day or leave it with a neighbour. You will be able to view the status of your delivery with the tracking link and may be able to manage it (depending on courier service) or re-arrange delivery.
